Grand Hearts are handmade so they may vary ever so slightly from the photo. If the style has sold another one can be made in a few days. The length of the chain can be made to any length. Please e-mail me at jsdesigns@madriver.com or call me at 802-496-2576 and I will change the length and send you a paypal invoice. Grand Hearts have patterns on both sides, therefore they are reversible. (see item description) 

Items are shipped first class mail w/insurance & delivery confirmation.  If you purchase more than one item I can combine shipping costs, but you need to e-mail me first  so I can  send you a paypal invoice. My GOAL is for you to be HAPPY, so I will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit (not including the shipping) upon return of the item to me within 14 days of purchase.  Items must first be shipped back to me at your cost (including insurance) and in the same packaging.
