Shipping & Return Policies
Each piece is constructed by hand so there may be slight variations from the picture. Items are shipped first class mail w/insurance & delivery confirmation within 2 days of purchase unless they are out of stock and then I will notify you and they will be shipped within 1 week.
My GOAL is for you to be HAPPY, so I will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit (not including the shipping) upon return of the item to me within 14 days of your purchase.  Items must first be shipped back to me at your cost (including insurance) and in the same packaging. Please contact me first  at jsdesigns@madriver.com.  Unfortunately, J Sonis Designs can not offer exchange or store credit should the returned items become lost or arrive damaged.
