Each piece is constructed by hand so there may be slight variations from the photograph. Items are shipped first class mail w/insurance & delivery confirmation.  My GOAL is for you to be HAPPY, so I will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit (not including the shipping) upon return of the item to me within 14 days of purchase.  Items must first be shipped back to me at your cost (including insurance) and in the same packaging.
